Melted Butter
2 tbsp
Rodell Cocoa
2 tbsp
Brown Sugar Swerve
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract

1 tbsp
Skinny Syrup Peanut Butter Cup
(Optional)
1 tbsp
Natural Creamy Peanut Butter

Instructions

Spray Ramekin with non-stick cooking spray

Mix everything except Peanut Butter in Ramekin until combined

Make a well in center and add Peanut Butter

Cover Peanut with a bit of the batter

Add a pinch of salt if desired

Microwave for 70 seconds or until firm

Place small plate over Ramekin and flip upside down.

(If cake is stuck to the sides, loosen with a butterknife)

Carefully lift Ramekin away.
