🧂 Ingredients

15 mL lime juice

freshly squeezed
15 mL thyme syrup
45 mL tonic water
45 mL soda water
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Sprig of thyme

to garnish

Instructions

1 In a rocks glass filled with ice, add the lime juice and thyme syrup and stir to
combine.
2 Slowly stir in the tonic water and soda.
3 Top with the bitters. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and serve.
