4 cups water
1 quart tea bag *Passionfruit Papaya Green Tea

(or 5-6 single serving tea bags)
3 Tbsp white sugar or honey

(or your favorite sweetener)
6 sprigs fresh mint

Instructions

Heat 3 cups of water. Just before it begins to boil, remove from heat and pour 2
cups water into a glass pitcher. Add 1 quart-sized tea bag (or 5-6
single-serving tea bags) and let it steep for 3 minutes.

While tea is still steeping, add 3-4 Tablespoons of white sugar to the remaining
boiling water and stir until dissolved to make a simple syrup.

After steeping for 3 minutes, remove the tea bags. Add 1 cup cold water.

Add the simple syrup or honey to sweeten the tea to your liking. If you like it
