🧂 Ingredients

1 pkt instant pudding - butterscotch flavour
1/4 cup castor sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 pkt Arnott's Lattice Biscuits

Instructions

1 Line a lamington tray with baking paper and 1/2 of the packet of Lattice
Biscuits.
2 Place instant pudding and castor sugar into a bowl.
3 Slowly add milk and vanilla essence while stirring.
4 Beat until the mixture is thick.
5 Spoon onto the lattice biscuits, making sure to level out the top.
6 Place the rest of the lattice biscuits on top.
7 Place in the fridge for around 1 hour to set completely.
8 Cut and serve!!
