Liver
kaleji, cubed
Salt to taste
1 tsp
Red chilli powder
2 tbsp
Lemon
nimbu juice
Vegetable oil for tempering
1 tsp
Mustard seeds

Instructions

Boil the liver with a little salt. When fully cooked, drain and discard the
water. Keep aside.

Marinate the liver cubes with salt, red chilli powder, and lemon juice for half
an hour.

Heat the oil in a pan; add the mustard seeds and when it crackles stir in the
marinated liver. Mix well and keep aside.

Tastes best after 6 - 8 hours.
