🧂 Ingredients

550 ml Double Cream
397 g Condensed Milk

(one tin)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
272 g Skittles

(two share bags)

Instructions

1 Add the double cream, condensed milk and vanilla extract to a large bowl and
whisk on a medium speed until it is thick and holds soft peaks.
2 Fold through 200g of Skittles until they are evenly distributed.
3 Pour the mixture into your container or loaf tin and sprinkle over the remaining
skittles.
4 Cover your ice cream either with a lid or wrap in cling film.
5 Put the ice cream into the freezer for 4-5 hours until completely set.
