THM Vanilla Protein Powder
5 tablespoons
THM Collagen
3 tablespoons
Oat Fiber
2 1/2 tablespoons
THM Baobab Powder
1/4 cup
THM Gentle Sweet
1/8 teaspoon
Mineral salt
1/2 teaspoon
Gluccie or Xanthan Gum
1 teaspoon
THM Apricot Extract
1 teaspoon
MCT oil
5 tablespoons
Lemon Juice
White Chocolate Chips
ChocZero* or Bake Believe , optional

Instructions

In a Food processor bowl or mixer bowl combine dry ingredients together. Add
extract, MCT oil and 4 tablespoons lemon juice. Mix well. Add remaining lemon
juice if needed to make the mixture like a stiff play dough. Place 5 chocolate
chips in each bar mold, if desired. Press mixture into 8 bars molds.
Refrigerate. 8 THM FP Bars

ChocZero White Chocolate Chips are a personal choice item since they do have
soluble vegetable fiber in them
