Strawberry Iced Coffee {stirred}

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 cup cold brew coffee

  or espresso
• ½ cup ice cold water
• 3-4 scoops strawberry ice cream

  creamy
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1-2 tsp powdered sugar
• 1-3 tsp Bailey's Strawberries and Cream

Instructions

• 1 Add ½ cup heavy cream 1-2 tsp powdered sugar, and 1-3 tsp Bailey's Strawberries
  and Cream to a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer until stiff.
• 2 Place the Bailey's Strawberries and Cream infused whipped cream in the fridge.
• 3 Combine 3-4 scoops strawberry ice cream ½ cup ice cold water, and 1 cup cold
  brew coffee in a tall mixing bowl.
• 4 Mix until creamy.
• 5 Pour the mixed strawberry iced coffee into the serving glasses.
• 6 Pipe the Bailey's Strawberries and Cream infused whipped cream on top of your
  coffee and serve with a long-handled spoon or straw.
