Chocolate Bundt Cake with Coffee Glaze

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup light brown sugar
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup Coffee

  Folgers K-Cup Black Silk
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 stick butter

  melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon coffee

Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• 2 Place all of the wet ingredients plus sugars into a stand mixer bowl.
• 3 Sift in dry ingredients together and slowly mixer the cake batter adding in the
  dry ingredients.
• 4 Pour batter into a greased bundt pan.
• 5 Bake for 40 minutes for a delicious coffee chocolate bundt cake.
  
• 6 Mix together 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar with 1 tablespoons of strong coffee.
• 7 Once the coffee is mixed in, keep adding in a teaspoon of coffee until you reach
  the desired texture of glaze for the bundt cake.
