Instructions

1 Decide which ingredient items you’d like to include in your trail mix, and lay
them out on a cookie sheet. Amounts are really up to you–how much you want to
make, and if you like one item more than another. I like to use pretzels and
cereal (Golden Grahams in this version) as the base, then the sweet stuff to
complement.
2 Mix all the ingredients together on the cookie sheet.
3 Melt about 1/2 cup chocolate chips (regular or white chocolate) in the microwave
in a glass bowl. Start with 20-30 seconds, stir well, then in 5 second intervals
until melted.
4 Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over the trail mix. Let sit until hardened.
5 Store in an airtight container or place into bags for giving.
