7 dates
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
3 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
3 cups milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 bar Melting chocolate (melt half and grate half for garnishing)

Instructions

1 Prep the Dates: Take the date stones out, chop the dates into small pieces and
leave to soak in the blender with the milk you will be using to make the
milkshake. (20-30 minutes)
2 Blitz the Base: Add the vanilla ice cream, chopped banana, peanut butter, cocoa
powder and milk into the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3 Chocolate Drizzle: Swirl the inside of your serving glasses with melted
chocolate for an extra layer of richness.
4 Pour and Garnish: Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses. Top it with a
generous dollop of whipped cream and crushed peanuts.
