🧂 Ingredients

1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Optional: pinch of black pepper, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 slice of lemon, 1/4 cup of milk

1 Boil Water: Heat water in a small saucepan until it comes to a boil.
2 Add Turmeric Powder: Stir in the turmeric powder and reduce the heat to a
simmer.
3 Simmer: Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes to fully dissolve the turmeric
and release its flavor.
4 Enhance Flavor: Add black pepper to enhance curcumin absorption, and adjust the
taste with honey, lemon, or milk as desired.
5 Strain and Serve: Pour the tea through a strainer into a cup and enjoy warm.
