Instructions

1 In a soup pot, heat the butter and sauté the garlic and onions in butter until
the onions are translucent.
2 Now add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes, followed by corn flour,
and mix it all in.
3 Follow this by adding 3 cups of water and all the seasonings, mix well and let
this boil for 10 minutes.
4 Once done, cool the soup before adding to blender.
5 Blend in the blender with coconut cream or milk cream depending on your liking.
6 Transfer the soup back to the pot, heat and serve with toasted garlic bread.
