Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 350° F, then line a cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2 Combine the butter and the light brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
3 Add the vanilla, 2 eggs, and peanut butter to the bowl. Mix until smooth and
creamy.
4 Combine flour, baking powder, and the salt in a small bowl. Once combined, add
to the wet ingredients. Do not overmix the batter.
5 Stir in the Reese's Pieces and peanut butter chips.
6 Then, using a 1½ inch cookie scoop, drop the cookie dough onto an ungreased
cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
7 Place in preheated 350° oven, 10-12 minutes.
8 Cool the cookies for 2 minutes before moving them to a wire rack.
