🧂 Ingredients

1 brie cheese, 200 grams/7oz
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, grated
1 pinch chili flakes
1/2 bunch flat parsley, finely chopped
1 small twig rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions

1 Line the bottom of a round baking dish with parchment paper. It will make it
easier to clean later.
2 Cut the surface of the brie with a sharp knife lengthwise and across.
3 Mix all the other ingredients in a small bowl.
4 Brush generously on top of the brie and the bread rolls.
5 Bake at 350 F/180 Degrees Celcius for 15 to 20 minutes.
6 Serve while still hot.
