2 large chicken breasts
1 can

15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can

15 oz corn, drained
1 can

14 oz diced tomatoes
1 packet

1 oz chili seasoning mix
1 cup chicken broth
1 small onion

chopped
2 garlic cloves

Instructions

1 Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes,
onion, and garlic.
2 Sprinkle the chili seasoning over the ingredients, then pour in the chicken
broth. Stir gently to combine.
3 Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken
is tender and fully cooked.
4 Remove the chicken breasts and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded
chicken to the slow cooker and stir.
5 Serve hot with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
