Cake Mix Cookies

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 box cake mix

  any flavor
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup mix-ins

  such as chocolate chips, sprinkles, or nuts (optional)

Instructions

• 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until
  fully incorporated.
• 3 Fold in any desired mix-ins such as chocolate chips or sprinkles.
• 4 Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing
  them about 2 inches apart.
• 5 Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are soft.
• 6 Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a
  wire rack to cool completely.
