🧂 Ingredients

1 cup seedless tamarind
1 cup water
6 whole seedless dates
1 tsp Dry ginger powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry chili flakes
1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

1 In a saucepan add seedless tamarind, add 2 cup water.
2 Once tamarind water is boling, add seedless dates.
3 Add dry ginger powder, chili flakes, sugar, salt. Mix well and cooked until
dates tender, soft.
4 Once dates, all spices is mix and cooked.
5 The mixture would thicken. Let the imli chutney mixture cool.
6 When cooled, store the imli chutney in an air-tight dry jar or container.
Refrigerate and serve. any type of samosa, dahi vada, chat.
