🧂 Ingredients

1.5 oz Irish Whiskey

(e.g. Jameson)
1 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz Fresh lime juice
0.5 oz Maple syrup
1 bsp Midori
1 bsp Blue Curaçao
Sea salt

(for rim)
Gold leaves

(for rim)
lime wheel

(as garnish)

Instructions

1 Wet the rim of your glass with a lime wedge or water. Dip and twist it into salt
to coat evenly.
2 Optionally, apply edible gold leaf delicately around the rim using
fingers, food tweezers, or a food-safe brush.
3 In a cocktail shaker, combine Irish whiskey, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice,
maple syrup, Midori, and Blue Curaçao.
4 Fill the shaker about two thirds with ice and seal tightly.
5 Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
6 Fill the prepared rocks glass with fresh ice.
7 Strain the cocktail mixture into your glass.
8 Garnish with a fresh lime slice and serve immediately.
