🧂 Ingredients

50 ml Roe & Co Irish Whiskey
30 ml peach purée
25 ml lemon juice
1 bar spoon of lavender-infused honey
25 ml egg white
1 pinch chocolate powder

Instructions

1 Shaken without ice, to emulsify egg white, then again with ice.
2 Strain and serve in a Nick & Nora glass.
3 Garnished with bee pollen, angostura bitters and cut flowers.
