🧂 Ingredients

250 grams Cream Cheese
150 ml Double Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

or the seeds from 1 Vanilla Pod
3-4 tbsp Icing Sugar

Instructions

1 Tip the Double Cream into a bowl and whip until thick, so it holds it’s shape
but is still soft.
2 In another bowl mix the softened Cream Cheese to a creamy consistency.
3 Add the Whipped Cream and Vanilla to the Cream Cheese and mix to combine.
4 Add the Icing Sugar 1 tbsp at a time to get to your desired sweetness (You may
want more or less)
5 Pile into a dish and serve.
