No Churn Rocky Road Ice Cream,

🧂 Ingredients

• 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
• 14 oz Condensed Milk -
• 1 tsp Extract
• ½ tsp Salt
• ½ cup Cocoa Powder
• ½ cup Pecans
• ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Marshmallows

Instructions

• 1 In a mixing bowl, blend together the condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and cocoa
  powder.
  
  In another mixing bowl, with a mixer outfitted with a whisk attachment, whisk
  the heavy cream until soft peaks just begin to form.
• 2 Use a rubber spatula to fold in the ingredients from the first bowl (condensed
  milk etc) into the heavy cream soft peaks. Then fold in the pecans, chocolate
  chips, and marshmallows.
• 3 Transfer the ingredients to your pan. Then cover the pan with plastic or similar
  wrap. Freeze the ice cream for at least six hours and preferably overnight.
