Whipped Brie Cheese is extra simple to make and can be very versatile as an
appetizer.

🧂 Ingredients

1 Fresh from the fridge, remove the rind from the cheese, losing as little as
possible from the inside.
2 Cut up the inside and transfer it to a food processor or to an electric mixer
bowl.
3 Process or beat until very fluffy and smooth. It could take a bit to become
smooth, so be patient and scrape the sides of the bowl every once in a while to
get a homogeneous result.
4 Spread the cheese on a dish and top it with your choice of toppings. I used
honey and chopped pistachios.
