1 sheet puff pastry
1 cup cherry tomatoes

halved
1/2 cup fresh mozzarella

cubed
1/4 cup fresh basil

chopped
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg

beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1 Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2 Prepare the Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and cut a large
circle. Cut out a smaller circle from the center to create a donut shape. Save
the center for another use.
3 Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, cubed
mozzarella, chopped basil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
4 Assemble the Wreath: Spread the filling in a ring between the inner and outer
edges of the pastry.
5 Create the Wreath Shape: Cut 1-inch strips around the outer edge of the pastry.
Fold each strip over the filling and tuck it under the inner edge to create a
woven wreath shape.
6 Apply Egg Wash: Brush the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
7 Bake: Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
