Snickers Blondies with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter

  softened
• 1 cup light brown sugar

  packed
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 2 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour

  (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. sea salt
• 2 cups Snickers Bars

  coarsely chopped, (or Snickers Baking Bites)
• 1 cup unsalted butter

  room temperature (2 sticks)
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp. 2% milk
• 1/2 cup Snickers Bars

  coarsely chopped

Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 350°.
• 2 Cream butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs, salt and baking soda in mixing bowl with an
  electric mixer until smooth.
• 3 Stir in flour and chopped Snicker’s Bars until combined.
• 4 Spread mixture into a 9×13 baking dish that has been greased or sprayed with
  cooking spray.
• 5 Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• 6 Remove from oven and cool completely.
• 7 Frost with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting and sprinkle with more chopped Snickers
  Bars.
• 8 Cream the butter with an electric mixer until smooth.
• 9 Add powdered sugar, vanilla and milk and mix until smooth.
• 10 Spread Buttercream Frosting over top of cooled blondies.
• 11 Sprinkle chopped Snickers Bars on top of icing.
