Strawberry-Ginger Jam (No Sugar Added!)

4 quarts
strawberries
hulled and halved
4 Tbsp
candied ginger
chopped
2 Tbsp
lemon juice

Instructions

Place fruit in a large pot and lightly mash. Add ginger and lemon juice.

Bring to a boil over a medium heat, stirring frequently. Simmer 45 minutes to
an hour until the mixture thickens.

Pour into clean, prepared jars, wipe rims and add lids. Process in a boiling
water bath for 10 minutes.
