¾ cup white sugar
2 ½ cups milk
1 cup whipping cream
2 ⅓ tbsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

1 Make sure to put the bowl from the ice cream maker in the freezer, preferably
overnight.
2 Heat a large saucepan.
3 Stir in the sugar, milk, and cream together on low-medium heat until the sugar
dissolves.
4 Remove the mixture from the heat and add the vanilla.
5 Chill in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours.
6 Place the mixture in the ice cream maker, and process for half an hour.
7 Let it freeze overnight.
