🧂 Ingredients

16 Cups cold water
2 Cups white sugar
1 Cup lemon Juice

You can use fresh squeezed or bottled
10 tea bags

I like to use Orange Pekoe, even though some recipes advise using plain black tea.

Instructions

1 In a 1 quart saucepan, cover tea bags with cold water
2 Bring tea to a boil, then turn off and let stand
3 Fill a large stockpot with 16 cups of cold water
4 Add sugar and lemon
5 Stir until sugar is dissolved
6 Strain tea in to large pot, squeezing out tea bags (discard tea bags afterward)
7 Mix thoroughly
8 Serve with ice, sliced lemon and sprigs of mint!
