1 Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set
aside.
2 Make the Breading Station: In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg. In another bowl,
combine the whole wheat breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese (if using), garlic powder,
onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3 Coat the Chicken: Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, allowing any excess to
