Instructions

Brush the grill bars with oil, place the gammon rashers on the hottest part of
the grill so that a criss-cross effect is marked on both sides. Move to a heat
zone that will continue to cook them for a total of 3 minutes on each side.

Remove and arrange on an oval dish and garnish with the Straw Potatoes and
picked watercress.
