Roasted Sweet Corn Cob or in Mumbai as we call it āButtaā with some salt and Red chilly powder and a squeeze of Lemon is a Monsoon favorite for most Mumbaikars. Another favourite is Hot boiled Sweet Corn with Butter and Lemonā¦.ooohhhh sooo delish! Iām a huge fan of Sweet Corn in any preparation, be it soup, salad, plain boiled or roasted or in a cutlet, Iām a die hard corn girl! Whenever, we donāt feel like a carb especially at night, we pan grill either fish or chicken and make a nice chatpata corn salad on the side to go with it. Hereās my easy peasy recipe.(Instead of Corn, you can use any pulses or millets of your choice too. Chickpeas, Kidney Bean, Black Eyed Peas or even Qinoa or Barley)
