Butternut Squash & Chicken Sausage Chili

This recipe is designed to fit the nutrition profile followed by The G.O.A.T. Tom Brady. It is a riff on my favorite chili recipe and is actually really delicious (if I do say so myself). The main difference is that it contains no tomato sauce and instead contains both diced and pureed butternut squash or pumpkin. Other things about the dish that make it TB12 compliant are the use of coconut oil and the fact that it is about 80% plant based with the other 20% coming from organic chicken sausage. If organic is not important to you, you can substitute with any sausage you like or even use ground beef instead.
